Ohio Education Advocates is driven by the belief that everyone has a right to high quality educational services and opportunities.

We strive to meet the needs of the communities we serve. Through individualized advocacy, we support families in the IEP and 504 process. We provide information and guidance, while we help protect children’s educational rights.

Our high quality before- and after-school programs include an array of activities that are often missing from urban and low income neighborhoods. From fiber arts to robotics, chess to poetry, and many more, we partner with local organizations and universities to make sure our children can explore their interests in a fun and safe environment.

We believe that education takes place in communities. That’s why we live in the neighborhoods we serve. Let us help you and your child find passion and excitement in learning!

“A local pedagogy of justice: why reducing instructional time produces educational inequity” is Stacey’s most current policy brief.
